I own a Lowepro Fastpack 100. It's a low end bag, but it works well for me. The bottom section of bag has padded walls that can be rearranged or even removed completely. It is compact and easy to carry, but sometimes I wish I had more space to put more gear. I don't have enough room in this bag to carry multiple lenses. Shoulder bags like these look cool, but for me they tend to be a bit of a problem. My camera feels a lot heavier when I carry it on my shoulder then it does when it's carried on my back. Crumpler does make backpacks too though.
