Whether you're at a basic level learning how to use your new DSLR camera or looking for a little more advanced photo tips, don't worry, I cover it here.

Digital photography can be a great hobby. You can take stunning family photos and get great vacation pics that will be with you for years to come. Photographs are wonderful ways to capture memories. I love looking back through old photos and remembering the old days and reconnect with the past. As photographers we are record keepers.

Photography isn't just a hobby though. It can be more, even a career. Some people are full-time photographers who freelance or work for a specific company. You can photograph events, weddings, portraits, families ... There is a way to make a living at just about every kind of photography. It can be a way to bring in a little extra money or a full-time job.

When you're first learning the ropes digital photography can be frustrating and exciting all at once. Once you have all those pictures you'll have to have a way to show them to people. There are many options. There is digital photography software you can use to edit photos--some of it's free--there are photo sharing websites, digital frames and even printing options.
